Our experienced sales team, including seventeen packaging specialists, is backed by an excellent team of highly trained, customer account specialists supporting our customers' needs. Each client's account is monitored daily through our computerized contact management program, which incorporates invoicing, inventory, correspondence, order scheduling, and tracking. A weekly status report is prepared on every account, outlining action items to help promote the client's packaging promotion.

We have a technical support group, which can provide performance and material evaluation to ensure that each package meets all quality and integrity standards. This group, in conjunction with your Commercial Packaging representative, utilizes technical, production, and marketing know-how to provide quick and appropriate solutions that are tailored to satisfy your needs. Our team utilized this process to assist a customer in the development a new package which earned Commercial Packaging recognition from the Institute of Packaging Professionals for our innovative designs.
